高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
牧師高喊上帝…男從棺木坐起復活！葬禮公司卻火了
人真的能死而復生嗎？南非出現一樁奇蹟，一名男子日前死亡，家屬哀痛地為他舉辦喪禮，未料在一名牧師的呼喚下，男子竟「復活」，並從棺材中坐了起來，讓家屬震驚又欣喜，不過喪禮公司卻非常不滿，將對牧師提告。

他張大嘴巴、瞪大雙眼，驚恐地看著四周，似乎不知道自己身在何處。一旁群眾則高聲歡呼，家屬更喜極而泣，牧師帶著大家瘋狂呼喊「上帝」，氣氛歡騰。儘管現場觀眾驚喜萬分，但牧師的直播影片曝光後，許多網友卻不買帳，有人說艾利特躺在棺材中時，根本就已經在呼吸了，胸脯明顯起伏，還有人說，「可以先給我看死亡證明再討論嗎」、「他們至少給他畫個妝，看起來更像死人一點」、「所以冷凍3天後的屍體，看起來就像剛洗完澡一樣嗎？」
葬禮公司則對此火冒三丈，認為牧師「惡意詆毀我們的形象」。公司表示，當初是家屬跟他們接洽，表示和另一間葬禮公司起了爭執，因此希望他們可以協助運送遺體，葬禮公司答應了。他們澄清，公司既沒有提供棺木，也沒有保管遺體，想不到竟發生「復活」事件，嚴重傷害他們的形象，因此將訴諸法律處理。
